On 9 Decvember 2024, PRANTIC Organized Vegetable Gardening Training and Distributed Post-Training Resources Successfully.
PRANTIC, organized a comprehensive non-formal technical training on vegetab;e gardening today December 9, 2024, among the farmer members of the Momota Association, Taipalong Branch, Rajapalong Ukhiya. A total of 20 farmers participated the day long training at association office. PRANTIC is committed to empowering women through the enhance livelihood skills and equipping them with resources to apply their knowledge that they received from the training. As a part of this initiative, PRANTIC provided eight types of local seasonal vegetable seeds, protective nets to safeguard crops from pests and animals, and organic fertilizer. The training focused on effective cultivation techniques and proper care for these vegetables, enabling women to boost their practice on organic farming and productivity and contribute to sustainable development in their communities.
PRANTIC has been implementing this project with the funding support from Maiya School, Australia since 2022.
