Restoring Sight, Renewing Hope – PRANTIC’s Ongoing Commitment to Eye Care
On Saturday, May 10, 2025, PRANTIC organized a follow-up program at its Regional Office in Chandnagar, Saidpur. The session reviewed the post-operative condition of 12 eye patients who underwent successful cataract surgeries on May 3, 2025.
As part of its 2025 annual targets, PRANTIC has made remarkable progress in its eye care interventions. So far, 3 out of the planned 10 eye camps and 4 out of 16 scheduled follow-up sessions have been successfully conducted. Among the target of 500 cataract patients, 169 individuals have already received free cataract surgery. Additionally, 4 out of 10 targeted Dacryocystorhinostomy (DCR) surgeries have been completed.
These achievements highlight PRANTIC’s ongoing commitment to providing accessible, quality eye care services to underserved and vulnerable communities throughout the year.
