Project “GRACE” Inception Ceremony
on 27 March 2025, Prantic Unnayan Society (PRANTIC) Bangladesh has organized an inception meeting of a project titled “Girls’ Rights and Access to Comprehensive Education” (GRACE) in the Darbar Hall of Camp-4. Ms. Suraya Akter Swety, The Camp in Charge, Camp-4, Dr. Obaidir Rahman, The Country Director, Human Relief Foundation and Mr. Animesh Kumar Biswash Atal, Regional Manager, Prantic Unnayan Society (PRANTIC) were present in the event.
The Goal of the project is to estanlish Girls Rights and Access to Comprehensive Education (GRACE) in Rohingya and Host Community, Ukhiya, Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh. expected outcome is that 130 adolescent children in Rohingya and host community got access to education following Education Sector guidelines. Project direct beneficiries are 1.80 Rohingya girls aged 12 to 17 years received primary education through the Learning Center set out by the Education Sector and 2. 50 host community ECD children aged 3 to 5 years received pre-primary education through the Learning Center set out by the non-formal education.
