PRANTIC Welcomed Global President of HRF
It is with immense pleasure and deep gratitude that we welcomed Dr Nabeel Al Ramadhani, The Global President, Human Relief Foundation (HRF) to Rohingya Refugee Camp in Bangladesh yesterday on 23 April 2025, on behalf of Prantic Unnayan Society (PRANTIC). Your visit marks a meaningful milestone in our shared mission to serve vulnerable communities, especially the Forcefully Displaced Mayanmar Nationals (FDMNs).
Since January 2024, we have had the honour of partnering with the Human Relief Foundation (HRF) that made huge impacts among at least 5,045 people in Rohingya and Host Community. HRF’s support in education, skill-building, and women’s empowerment has played a pivotal role, especially during a time when humanitarian funding is rapidly shrinking. With global attention shifting—particularly toward Gaza—and the cessation of major funding sources, including that from the U.S. government, the crisis is deepening. The WFP food ration has been cut three times, now providing only USD 8 per person per month, compared to USD 12 earlier.
